in the form of a utility bill etc for verification as some of the web platforms may require this for host to be able to promote venue online. Host also agrees to ensure there is no violation on personal identity and such information shared is confidential to both parties.
10. Both parties mutually agree that it is the responsibility of the host (Owner)
to ensure compliance with all regulations pertaining to Events Venue Rental and Property Management. This includes adhering to regulations such as Homeowners Association bylaws, Covenants, local zoning regulations, city ordinances, State Laws, Federal Laws, and any other applicable laws or regulations enforced by the appropriate Municipalities. Host and Owner acknowledge and accept that any violations of the aforementioned regulations will be the sole responsibility of the Owner, and they agree to bear the full liability associated with such violations. Furthermore, the Owner also agrees to assume the financial burden of any fines incurred as a consequence of said violations.
